Farmers Meetings

The Annual General Meeting of the Koperattiva tat-Tadam Ghall-Ipprocessar Limited was held on the 28th November 2017. Mr John Magro and Mr Christian Magro were among the guest speakers who addressed the farmers attending the meeting.

The cultivation of tomatoes for processing in Malta and Gozo, harvested during the summer months of each year, is still the largest crop being produced by our farmers. Although new systems and modern technology in cultivating tomatoes were introduced during the years, the still manually hand picked tomatoes remain one of the best quality crops being processed in our islands by Magro Brothers.
