Ingredients: Preparation time 30 minutes

1 jar Zalza Prima Tomato & Herb Pasta Sauce
500g macaroni
400g lean minced beef
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
4 eggs
100ml skimmed milk
150ml water
50g grated parmesan cheese
salt & pepper (optional)
Method:
Boil the macaroni & grease a rectangular dish 25cm x 20cm. Fry the minced meat in 2 tablespoons oil for about 5 minutes. Stir in the tomato & herb pasta sauce & add 150ml of water used for boiling the pasta to the jar in order to make use of all the contents & leave over moderate heat for 5 minutes. Add the pasta. Beat the eggs & milk in a basin & add to the pasta . Add the grated cheest & pepper. Bake for 1 hour at a temperature of 200ºC.
