Ingredients:
4 Maltese sausages cut into thick slices
Pork fillet cubed
8 small potatoes peeled and cubed
2 onions sliced
Garlic minced
400g Can Three Hills Kunserva
400g Can Mayor Polpa
300g Can Mayor Processed Peas
Half a glass of red wine
Spoonful of sugar
Salt and pepper to taste
Half teaspoon of nutmeg
Dried herbs
Method:
Clean and prepare the vegetables. Place all the ingredients, except for the Mayor Processed Peas, into a large pan and add 2 glasses of water. Simmer on low heat. When the potatoes are soft and done throw in the Processed Peas and stir. Leave on low heat for a futher 5 minutes and serve.
