Ingredients:
Cherry tomatoes
Mushrooms
Onions
Green peppers
Pork/beef
Rice
Three Hills Stukku with Artichokes
Method:
Cut pork/beef into cubes and grill for a couple of minutes on each side to seal the meat. Cube the tomatoes, mushrooms and onions. Boil the rice. Place wooden skewers in water so that when you grill the kebabs the wood will not burn. Alternate chunks of meat with the vegetables on the skewer sticks and grill till the meat is done. When ready, serve the kebabs on a bed of rice. Coat the kebabs with Artichoke Stukku for a delicious and juicy dish.
