Stukku with Pasta  
 

Ingredients:

Pasta of your choice
Three Hills stukku with Basil

Method:

Cook 200g of pasta as per instructions on packet.  When pasta is ready mix 2 tablespoons of the pasta water to the contents of a jar of Three Hills Stukku with Basil. Drain the pasta and pour the Stukku with Basil over the pasta and mix well.  Grate some parmesan over the pasta before serving.

  Stukku with Chicken  
 

Ingredients:

Knob of butter
Whole chicken
Potatoes
Chicken seasoning
Three Hills Stukku t’Ghawdex

Method:

Place the chicken as a whole in a greased casserole dish. Add the butter and chicken seasoning. Surround the chicken with chopped peeled potatoes. Cook in a pre-heated oven a 220ºC for 75minutes or until chicken and potatoes turn golden. When chicken is ready, spread the Stukku t’Ghawdex over the chicken to give it a spicy, tangy taste.

  Stukku with Salad  
 

Ingredients:

Lettuce,
Tomatoes
Cucumbers and onions,
Three Hills Stukku with Olives

Method:

Prepare the salad by mixing all the ingredients together. Mix the Olive Stukku with a little olive oil and use as you would salad dressing.

  Stukku with Kebabs  
 

Ingredients:

Cherry tomatoes
Mushrooms
Onions
Green peppers
Pork/beef
Rice
Three Hills Stukku with Artichokes

Method:

Cut pork/beef into cubes and grill for a couple of minutes on each side to seal the meat. Cube the tomatoes, mushrooms and  onions. Boil the rice. Place wooden skewers in water so that when you grill the kebabs the wood will not burn. Alternate chunks of meat with the vegetables on the skewer sticks and grill till the meat is done. When ready, serve the kebabs on a bed of rice. Coat the kebabs  with Artichoke Stukku for a delicious and juicy dish.

  Stukku Party  
 

Ingredients:

Cucumbers
Carrots
Celery
Breadsticks
Crackers,
Ttraditional Maltese galletti
Selection of stukku flavors.

Method:

Stukku is a versatile party ingredient. Peal carrots, celery and cucumber; cut all ingredients lengthwise and serve with traditional galletti. Use the Stukku flavours as dips in small bowls and get the party started!
