Chicken Breasts on rice
Pan fry chicken breast cut into cubes for around 5 minutes. Pour over ZALZA LESTA ghal mat-Tigieg. Cover and simmer for around 20 minutes or until chicken is cooked. Serve over a bed of rice.

Casserole Drumsticks
Put drumsticks in oven casserole. Add ZALZA LESTA ghal mat-Tigieg. Cover and cook for around 1 hour 190oC gas 5. Serve with boiled potatoes and vegetables.

Chicken Patties
Add egg, garlic and parsley to chicken mince. Form into patties and pan fry in a little oil. Add ZALZA LESTA ghal mat-Tigieg and cook for around 10 minutes or until chicken is cooked. Serve with roast potatoes and vegetables.

Pizza with mozzarella topping
Spread ZALZA LESTA ghal mal-Pizza over a pizza base. Add shredded mozzarella and any ingredients of your preference. Place in oven 200oC gas 6 for around 25 minutes.

Baked Potatoes
Oil the bottom of an oven dish. Place a layer of onions at the bottom. Spread ZALZA LESTA ghal mal-Pizza. Add potatoes, sliced tomatoes to garnish, water and oil. Place in oven 200oC gas 6 for about an hour.

Gozitan Ftira
Open puff pastry into a circular base. Baste with oil. Spread ZALZA LESTA g˙al mal- Pizza on the dough. Finely cut potatoes and spread evenly on top of zalza. Add onion rings, olives and anchovies. Turn up and cover the edges of the dough. Place in oven
at 200oC gas 6 for about 25-30 minutes.

Baked Fish
Clean the fish of your preference and place in casserole dish. Add ZALZA LESTA ghal mal-Hut. Cover and cook for around 20 minutes at 190oC gas 5. Serve with boiled potatoes and vegetables or salad.

Fried Lampuki Fillets
Clean and fillet lampuki and cover with
batter. Fry in oil till golden. Heat ZALZA
LESTA ghal mal-Hut in a pan for 2-3
minutes. Pour over the fish and serve with chips and salad.

Calamari and Seafood Stew
Clean and cut calamari into rings. Place in pot with a little water and bring to boil. Add shellfish and prawns. Drain water, pour over ZALZA LESTA ghal mal-Hut and simmer for around 20 minutes. May be served
with pasta or rice.

Meat Stew
Cut meat into cubes and stir fry. Add
potatoes cut into small cubes. Pour the
ZALZA LESTA ta' l-Istuffat, stirring
frequently. Cover and simmer for around 30 minutes or until meat is cooked.

Meat Pie
Pan fry mince meat in some oil. Add ZALZA LESTA ta' l-Istuffat and simmer for around 15 minutes. In the meantime open puff pastry and line a pie dish. Put mincemeat filling onto dough. Cover pie with dough and pierce. Cook in oven 190oC gas 5 for around 45 minutes

Stuffed Marrows
Pan fry mince meat in some oil. Add ZALZA LESTA ta' l-Istuffat and simmer for around 15 minutes. In the meantime scoop out contents of marrows, chop into small pieces and add to mincemeat. Cook for a further 10 minutes. Fill marrows with mincemeat mixture. Grease oven dish and place marrows
in dish with potatoes. Cook in oven 190oC gas 5 for around 1 1/4 hours.
