Tomato Peppers and Aubergine Sauce  
 

Ingredients(Serves 4):

1 jar Zalza Prima Tomato, Pepper & Aubergine Pasta Sauce 400g pasta of your choice

Method:

Boil the pasta. Empty contents of the jar into a saucepan, add 150ml water to the jar and shake well in order to make use of all the contents. Cook over moderate heat for 3-4 minutes. Add the pasta to the sauce and stir until the sauce is evenly distributed.

  Creamy Tomato & Aubergine Sauce  
 

Ingredients(Serves 4):

1 jar Zalza Prima Tomato, Pepper
& Aubergine Pasta Sauce
400g raw pasta
75g lean collar bacon
100ml light cream
100g Mayor Sliced   Mushrooms

Method:

Boil the pasta. Dry-fry the bacon in a non-stick pan. Add the mushrooms. Stir in the contents of the Peppers & Aubergines Sauce, add 150ml water to the jar and shake well in order to make use of all the contents. Add the light cream and leave over moderate heat for 3-4 minutes. Add the pasta and stir well.

  Tomato Salsa "No Bits"  
 

Ingredients(Serves 6 children):

1 jar Zalza Prima Juicy Tomato Pasta Sauce
500g raw pasta

Method:

Boil the pasta. Empty contents of jar into a saucepan, add 150ml water to the jar and shake well in order to make use of all the contents. Cook over moderate heat for 3-4 minutes. Add the pasta and stir until the sauce is evenly distributed.

  Tomato, Ham & Cheesy Sauce  
 

Ingredients(Serves 4):

1 jar Zalza Prima Juicy Tomato Pasta Sauce
75g chopped ham
100g frozen peas
100g grated fresh mozzarella
500g raw pasta

Method:

Boil the pasta together with the frozen peas & drain. Empty contents of Juicy Tomato Pasta sauce into a saucepan, add 150ml water to the jar and shake well in order to make use of all the contents. Add the chopped ham & cook over moderate heat for 3-4 minutes. Add the pasta & mozzarella & stir with the sauce until evenly distributed.  Allow the mozzarella cheese to melt.

  Tomato & Herbs Sauce  
 

Ingredients(Serves 4):

1 jar Zalza Prima Tomato & Herbs Pasta Sauce
400g pasta of your choice

Method:

Boil the pasta. Empty contents of jar into a saucepan, add 150ml water to the jar and shake well in order to make use of all the contents. Cook sauce over moderate heat for 3-4 minutes. Add the pasta and stir until the sauce is evenly distributed.

  Baked Macaroni  
 

Ingredients(Serves 6):

1 jar Zalza Prima Tomato & Herbs Pasta Sauce
500g macaroni
400g lean minced beef
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
4 eggs
100ml skimmed milk
150ml water
50g grated parmesan cheese
salt & pepper (optional)

Method:

Boil the macaroni & grease a rectangular dish 25cm x 20cm. Fry the minced meat in 2 tablespoons of oil for about 5 minutes. Stir in the Tomato & Herbs pasta sauce & add 150ml water to the jar in order to make use of all the contents. Cook over moderate heat for 5 minutes. Add the pasta. Beat the eggs & milk in a basin & stir in well with the pasta . Add the grated parmesan cheese & pepper. Bake for 45 minutes at a temperature of 200ºC.

  Sun-Dried Tomato & Garlic Sauce

1 jar Zalza Prima Sun-Dried Tomato & Garlic Sauce
400g pasta of your choice

Method:

Boil the pasta. Empty contents of jar into a saucepan, add 150ml water to the jar and shake well in order to make use of all the contents. Cook over moderate heat for 3-4 minutes. Add the pasta to the sauce and stir until the sauce is evenly distributed.

  Tuna & Sun-Dried Tomato Sauce  
 

Ingredients(Serves 4):

1 jar Zalza Prima Sun-Dried Tomato & Garlic Sauce
400g pasta of your choice
130g can tuna in brine
100g frozen sweet corn
4 tablespoons sliced green olives
2 tablespoons capers

Method:

Boil the pasta. Empty contents of jar into a saucepan, add 150ml water to the jar & shake well in order to make use of all the contents. Boil the sweetcorn. Add to the sauce the olives, capers, tuna fish & sweet corn. Cook over moderate heat for 3-4 minutes. Add the pasta & stir until the sauce is evenly distributed.
