In the past weeks, the company’s state-of-the-art production facility at Xewkija, was audited by an authorized Kosher Rabbi (MBD Manchester, Bethdin Koscher certification body). Magro Brothers are proud to announce that they have acquired the license to produce products within Kosher standards for one of their clients.
This certification verifies that the ingredients, production processes including all machinery, complies with the standards of kashrut (Jewish dietary law) as stipulated in the Shulchan Arukh, the benchmark of religious Jewish law.
This opens another important chapter in the company’s export drive for its products.
