The Start of the Tomato Season 2026 at the Magro Food Village! 

Wednesday 8th July marked the official start of the 2026 tomato processing season! Fresh, sun-ripened tomatoes harvested from fields across Malta and Gozo have arrived at our factory, ready to be transformed into the quality products you know and love.

As tradition continues, the youngest members of the Magro family have the honour of throwing in the very first tomatoes of the season, officially kicking off another exciting year of tomato processing.
