Junior Accountant Administration

The selected candidate will be working in conjunction with the Group Accountant with possibility of furthering their career.

The post calls for a candidate who will be responsible for the following duties:

monitoring daily bookkeeping activities;

the compilation of statutory and regulatory requirements submissions;

the preparation of periodic management accounts;

the preparation of periodic reports;

liaising with external auditors

Able to work on your own initiative

The ideal candidate should be in possession of:

An Accounts certification

Have some work experience in a similar role

Have good knowledge of excel, including data manipulation

Part Time Sales Promoter (Malta Based) Savina Creations

We are seeking for a friendly, dynamic individual to promote and sell Savina products at the Malta International Airport. The main responsibilities would include attracting new customers and knowledge of the product range.

The selected candidate is to:

Actively promote Savina products and increase sales
Provide product information and ensure attractive displays.
Ensure that the display area remains clean, well-stocked, and visually appealing
Work collaboratively with team members to achieve sales targets.

Job Requirements:

Candidates with previous experience in sales, promotions, or customer service will be given preference
Strong communication skills and a positive attitude.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Full Time Administrative Clerk (Gozo Based) Magro Brothers

The candidate will be responsible to carry out the following duties:

General administrative duties including updating of files, updating diary and E-mail calendar appointments, filtering e-mails, opening and distribution of post and assisting in secretarial duties within various departments.
To attend to the customer care line, while assisting clients in their queries, ensuring that computer system is kept updated with the respective information and action to be taken.
To organise abroad travel arrangements in organizing taxis, flights, accommodation, foreign exchange, travel insurance and claims.
To be responsible of the renewals of licenses, trademarks and vehicles.

• Participating in the entire software development cycle

• Assisting with code review and SQL query tuning
• Creating and maintaining interfaces between systems

Job Requirements
The candidate should be in possession of:
• Bachelor’s degree or a Higher National Diploma in IT, Software Development in computer science or a related information technology field.
• Experience with database programming languages such as SQL.
• Experience in administering, managing and tuning databases.
• Good understanding of database design, implementation, troubleshooting and maintenance.
