We are currently seeking the service of a talented Junior Accountant to form part of our success story.
The selected candidate will be working in conjunction with the Group Accountant with possibility of furthering their career.
The post calls for a candidate who will be responsible for the following duties:
monitoring daily bookkeeping activities;
the compilation of statutory and regulatory requirements submissions;
the preparation of periodic management accounts;
the preparation of periodic reports;
liaising with external auditors
Able to work on your own initiative
The ideal candidate should be in possession of:
An Accounts certification
Have some work experience in a similar role
Have good knowledge of excel, including data manipulation

Magro Brothers (Foods) Limited is a Food Manufacturing Company based in Gozo, Malta. Currently we are looking for a Full Time Office Clerk to join our company.

The candidate should be computer literate, have good communication skills and be able to work in a team. The candidate is to be able to communicate in English and Italian. Interested candidates are required to send their CV to resources@magro.com.mt
This role will include, but is not limited to, the following:
• Participating in the entire software development cycle
• Designing, developing, and maintaining applications and reports
• Assisting with code review and SQL query tuning
• Creating and maintaining interfaces between systems
• Assisting in the rollout and administration of internally developed solutions.
Job Requirements
The candidate should be in possession of:
• Bachelor’s degree or a Higher National Diploma in IT, Software Development in computer science or a related information technology field.
• Experience with database programming languages such as SQL.
• Experience in administering, managing and tuning databases.
• Good understanding of database design, implementation, troubleshooting and maintenance.
• Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
